Shipping and delivery times

• We are committed to maintain a sustainable production and we manufacture our furniture for nappy changing only to order. Respect for nature being one of our main values, it is important to us to do everything possible to generate as little waste as possible during our production. By producing to order, we avoid huge amounts of packaging associated with warehouse storage. Indeed, we only produce what is necessary and favor a short production circuit. We thus guarantee responsible and sustainable production.

• Given our make-to-order policy, manufacturing times are approximately 4 weeks.

• As soon as your order is ready, we ship it through our delivery provider Bpost.

• Deliveries are made throughout Europe. Delivery is made by Bpost in Belgium or via one of Bpost's partners abroad.

• Shipping times (i.e. the time between the date of shipment by us and the date of delivery by the delivery provider) vary depending on the destination.

• IMPORTANT: we ask you to write down the words "receipt subject to control" on the delivery slip, followed by your signature and to take a photo of the delivery slip and your package. This is the only way to be able to act in the event of damage to the furniture that is not visible from the outside of the package. Without this mention, we will not be able to exchange or reimburse a piece of furniture that has been damaged during transport.

Shipping costs (within the European Union)

• Our shipping costs are calculated according to the actual shipping costs which depend on the weight and size of the package in your order. Our furniture is made of natural wood and therefore weighs a certain amount, which is reflected in the shipping costs.

• In full transparency, we therefore apply precisely the shipping costs which are invoiced to us by our delivery service provider Bpost.
